Another Happy "Live Eye Jig" Customer

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your live-eye jigs. I purchased some about a month ago, in preperation for the spring sauger run, on the Cumberland River below Wolfcreek Dam. The jigs I was using for the last few years were hooking fish , but I lost more than I cought getting them to the boat. Since I started using you jigs I have inproved fish in the net alot. This order I"m getting some of your live-eye jigs with the sickle hook,can't wait to see how the preform.

New Swim Jig

Here is a picture of the new Swim Jig. It is great for a horizontal retrieve through weeds. You can cast it out and slowly retrive it and it will swim through the weeds. It has a slender design and when retrieved has a natural wobble. It can be tipped with a 1/2 of a night crawler or a leech.

Thanks for the great order of jigs that we used on our trip to Canada. Usually on our trip we have to put new jigs (from the big retail stores) on every hour or so because the paint is chipped off and the hooks are getting dull. I fished almost all day with one jig and caught +150 walleye off the same white jig with a sickle hook. Those hooks are extremely sharp. We were very impressed.

Great Trip to Canada (Thanks to the Jigs!!)

Thanks again Jason for your fine jigs we ordered prior to our annual Canadian fishing trip. we ended up losing/running out of the 1/4 oz. on the last of the 9 day trip. (Lots of rocks) We never know if we need 1/4 or 3/8 because the water level changes so much, which of course changes the current flow, so we always load up on both before we go. Before we gave them up to the Cat River system we managed to boat approx. 1500 walleye with your jigs, (and that was just my wife and I). My second fish of the first day was a 29", 8.5 # walleye. Unfortunetly I bought a new camera the day we left because our other one got dropped and broke, so I did not take it the first morning, as I didnt know how to work the timer yet, and I was by myself. Up there that's as big as they get for walleye. In fact after fishing that system for 25 years, the best up to that point was a 27". So I did not get a pict. for you of that one, but I did attatch a few 22 to 25"ers.

Your jigs performed flawlessly. Alot less lost fish than we are accustomed to. My wife really liked the fact she didnt have to reef on the rod so hard to get a hook set, just a smooth sweep was all she needed to do, and lost very few fish. I'll be reordering, but will wait until our next trip so I know what I need, as I use them also on the Mississipi and Wi River, here at home.

Ice Fishing -- "Tip Down"

Do you know of any info. on how to build or purchase a well made "Tip Down" ice fishing system? I see them used occasionally on local lakes and the kids have a lot of fun with them.I actually owned one years ago that had a buzzer alarm built in that would sound when the rod tipped down. Don't remember the make of it though. Any help would be appreciated.

I received my order and am quite pleased. Now if the ice will just melt on the lake I can go out and try your jigs. Around here the ice is too thin to walk on so you can't go icefishing but too thick to run a boat through. I liked your site and I'm especially pleased that I don't have to buy 10 of every color combination in order to have some selection in my tackle box. We'll be doing business in the future and I'll mention your site to the folks that I fish for walleye with.
